Context
The VIWI project concerns the development of an autonomous system of sensors placed between the two glass slats of a double glazing.
Objectives
Simulation with TRNSYS software is used in the project to optimize the system configuration and evaluate the energy performance gain that can be obtained using the VIWI system.
Specific BEMS Tasks
The BEMS team's contribution to the project consists, on the one hand, in defining a method for processing the data supplied by the sensors and, on the other hand, in developing an energy management method for buildings using this system integrated into the glazing.
